Many moons ago, Jean and James coincidentally went to the same culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. Jean was baking sweets and James was cooking savory. Throughout their studies, though being on the same campus, they never once met (or so at least not that they can remember). After graduation, they both went their separate ways, honing their crafts and sharpening their skills in a vast world of food and tasty desserts. As fate would have it, they finally meet a year later and fell head over heels for one another. Deeply in love, some say they were just meant for each other, others say it was like ‘two peas in a pod’. So as their passion for food grew day by day so did their love for each other. In 2012, they decided to tie the knot and got married. With a new chapter in life, they spent a year in research, developing dessert recipes, especially those that bring *smiLes* to their faces.
